Proper diet, adequate sleep and exercise: 3 principles of healthcare ethics
We all want good health and a happy life and now experts insist that you can achieve good health and longevity by following only three important things. The first is a good diet, the second is the need for complete and adequate sleep, while regular exercise has been declared an important secret of good health because no food or medicine in the world can replace exercise.
1: Regular exercise
American experts have revealed that if you want to live a healthy and satisfying life, you have to make regular exercise your routine.
Experts at the US Centers for Disease Control insist that exercise has a positive effect on your body in every way. Research from the same institute shows that people who exercise or walk for 150 minutes a week have a 33% lower risk of death than those who do not exercise. This way you only need to get into the habit of exercising for 21 minutes and a few seconds daily.
Exercise is beneficial for the brain, memory, and concentration in every way. It strengthens muscles and bones on the one hand and strengthens the brain and nerves on the other. Exercise also reduces anxiety and depression. It helps control blood pressure and blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Exercise improves sleep and wakes up in the morning refreshed. But remember that exercise also removes sexual and nervous weakness.
2: Diet but vegetarian diet
Every day we learn that a plant-based diet is the best for health. This does not mean that meat should be abandoned altogether, but that all kinds of vegetables and fruits should be included in the diet along with meat.
If you want to lose weight or shape your body, make sure you include vegetables and fruits in your diet. There is now a lot of talk about the Dash and Mediterranean Diet scientifically. Their extensive information and videos are available on the Internet. These foods consist of a balanced portion of vegetables, fruits, and dairy products. Consumption of vegetables on the one hand protects against cancer, diabetes, blood pressure and on the other hand, keeps many organs in good condition from head to toe.
3: Good and deep sleep
Sleep is an important requirement of the body as it repairs the body and removes waste products from the brain. Sleep is more than a tonic for our body. If you don't get enough sleep, your body is rapidly deteriorating.
A healthy person needs 7 to 10 hours of sleep daily. Lack of sleep first affects the brain and then the brainstem affects the whole body. Sleep deprivation can lead to mood swings, distractions, and high blood pressure.
The blue light of your mobile phone has severely restricted our sleep. Turn off your smartphone before going to bed and try to sleep.

Just as a car needs gasoline to run and a gas to burn the stove, a balanced diet is essential for good health. But if you are not in good health, everything is worthless to you.
A balanced diet is a diet that has a high nutritional value. It is free from extra calories and cooked in a way that preserves its nutrients and does not disturb the digestive system.
If we do not have the necessary ingredients in our diet, our diet will be incomplete and thirsty in terms of physical needs. Such an incomplete and unbalanced diet, although it extinguishes the stomach fire, fails to meet the physical needs.
As a result, we suffer from various diseases. These include hair loss, weak teeth, body aches, bone weakness, mouth ulcers, indigestion, acidity, poor eyesight, skin blemishes, etc.
