Facebook has new TikTok rivals || Latest Facebook Update:
Facebook is taking its animosity to another level with
Tik Tok. The social media giant is adding Instagram Reels to the Facebook app,
which will bring a section for short videos to the app.
The short video format was originally popularized by TikTok, which
was later copied by many others, including YouTube, in the form of YouTube
shorts.
Rails on Facebook are no different from Instagram. They are also
called Facebook Rail and work exactly the same way. It is initially available
in the US on Android and iOS, but will soon be available in other regions.
Facebook releases will include music, audio, effects, and more and will be
viewed on news feeds or groups.
While watching Reel, you can easily follow the creator, comment on
his post, and share it with your friends. Facebook is also testing a way for
Instagram users to recommend their reels on Facebook's main app. This indicates
that the Rails feature may be fully integrated between the two apps in the
future.
Facebook Reels will support AR effects, timer, countdown, control
playback speed, combine multiple clips, and add external audio. Reels will be
publicly visible to users over the age of 18, but you can change your audience
at any time through the settings.
